Enterprise 203 Holdings is an off-reserve housing provider cumulatively owning a total of 44 units under 3 housing portfolios: Student Housing, Affordable Housing, and for Profit Housing situated in Edmonton, Red Deer, and Hinton.

Application Process
The following chart shows the allowable bedroom sizes based on family composition.

Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant or co-applicant must be Aboriginal or a Self-declared Aboriginal person.
- Total household income cannot exceed the Core Needs Income Threshold, please refer to Schedule “B” Section 3(d) Definitions and Interpretations Core Needs Income Threshold.
- For the Student Housing Program, a letter of acceptance into an approved program of study.
Application Process
- If you believe you meet Enterprise 203 Holdings LP’s eligibility, please fill out your application completely. Incomplete applications will not be accepted and will not be placed on the wait list.
- Both the applicant and co-applicant must sign and date the document.
- Proof of Aboriginal Ancestry – Status Card
- Self-declared Aboriginal Person Form signed and dated
- Income Tax Notice of Assessment for the most recent tax year
- Further documentation may be required

- All applications are processed at the O’Chiese Edmonton Sub Office at Suite 201, 16504 – 118 Ave, NW, Edmonton, Alberta. Enterprise 203 Holdings LP selects tenants according to date of application.
- Enterprise 203 Holdings LP is not an Emergency Housing Program.
- Once accepted, your name is put on a wait list. You must contact our office each time contact information changes (phone number and/or mailing address). If after reasonable attempts to reach you are unsuccessful, your name will be removed from the wait list and you will forfeit your placement.
